Step-by-Step Onboarding Process
  1. Launch the BisB Mobile App, go to the Corporate Tab, and select “New corporate to BisB? Resume application”.
  2. Read the instructions and click Next.
  3. Enter your CR and branch number, then click Next.
  4. Verify your mobile number via OTP.
  5. Verify your email address via the link sent.
  6. Accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions.
  7. Select ID type, accept Selfie Authorization and Wathiq Consent, scan ID, and take a selfie.
  8. Complete partner details by scanning their ID or sending them a prompt to scan.
  9. Upload all required documents.
  10. If under formation, accept the relevant consents.
  11. Complete the PEP Declaration.
  12. Complete FATCA & CRS questions.
  13. Submit the original Board Resolution to the nearest branch.
  14. The bank will review and process your application.
  15. Once approved, receive confirmation via email and SMS.
  16. Reopen the app to resume the application and verify your identity.
  17. Complete the E-banking registration.

Important Notes
  • Only authorized persons may initiate the onboarding process.
  • A Board Resolution template will be sent to your verified email after completing the risk profiling.
  • The Board Resolution must be signed by all partners on the first and last page.
  • The application will only be reviewed once all partner IDs and the original Board Resolution are submitted.
  • You can resume your application within 7 days if you exit before completion.
