Leadership Development Program

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BIsB) organized two days Leadership Development Program for its middle management on 3rd & 4th October 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The workshop was conducted by high level Consultant & trainer - Mr. Tom Flatau, from Team working International Ltd. UK. 

The program highlighted on personal effectiveness by developing 'WISE' goals that inspire and align with the organization's goals, creating an awesome team by motivating, encouraging staff in achieving objectives, coaching staff and setting high standards for reward achievement. 

The program also emphasized on managing time & priorities by proper delegation, focusing on high value tasks for boosting productivity and thus leading the business to increased profitability.
