Time Management for Executives Workshop

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BIsB) organized a one day Executive Level - Time Management Program for its senior management on 9th October 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The workshop was conducted by high level Consultant & trainer - Mr. Tom Flatau, from Teamworking International Ltd. UK. 

The program highlighted on new ways to deal with traditional time-consuming issues by generous listening skills, handling effective meetings and time-waster emails. The program also emphasized on managing time & priorities by proper delegation, focusing on high value tasks for boosting productivity and prioritizing work between urgent and important. Further, the core purpose and contribution towards the organization by replacing SMART goals with WISE goals was brought into light.
