Bahrain Islamic Bank (BIsB) organized "Leadership Development Program" for its Retail Banking staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The workshop was conducted by renowned UK trainer and consultant from TeamWorking, Mr. Tom Flatau.

The main aim of the program was to enable the staff to recognize their personal Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI's) to uncover the unique process of setting inspiring goals to add real value, engage and energize everyone by working together to achieve organization goals and setting high standards by coaching & supporting for improved performance.
