BisB introduces Tejoori Al Islami with new categories for 2,024 Winners

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has unveiled the latest edition of Tejoori Al Islami for 2024. This enhanced scheme introduces new categories and a remarkable increase in prizes, soaring from 604 to 2,024 in addition to featuring four quarterly grand prizes with exclusive draws during Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha.

The new Tejoori Al Islami account will now encompass four quarterly draws, with prizes escalating to remarkable levels. The first quarter draw boasts a prize of $100,000, followed by a second quarter draw of $200,000, and a substantial $300,000 for the third quarter. The year culminates with an end-of-year draw, where one fortunate winner will seize the grand prize of $1,000,000.

Ms. Fatema AlAlawi, Chief Retail Banking Officer at BisB, said: “In our continuous commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our customers, the new edition of our Tejoori Al Islami account will introduce new segments tailored exclusively for various community sectors, including women, youth, and more. We are also expanding the number of winners to 2,024, who will have the opportunity to win throughout the year in our draws.” 

The new segments include “Tejoori for Her,” offering four women the chance to win a set of diamond jewelry every month, with a total of 48 winners annually. The “Tejoori Youth” segment enables customers under 25 years of age to vie for 10 cash prizes worth $500, benefitting 120 customers in total. Furthermore, the “Tejoori First time Winners” segment allows customers who have not won for a year or more to participate in monthly draws for 100 prizes worth $500, with 1,200 winners in this category.

Throughout the year, the Bank will roll out a series of interactive promotional campaigns across various public locations. Customers and community members will have the opportunity to invest in their accounts for a chance to win instant prizes as they save and participate in engaging games as part of the campaign.

Customers can enter the year-round draws for every BHD 50 invested in their Tejoori Al Islami accounts through the Bank’s branches, “BisB Digital” mobile app, BenefitPay, or ATM deposit machines. The draws will be conducted under the supervision of representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, BisB internal auditors, and winners will be announced through the Bank’s official social media channels and news platforms.
