About the Initiative
Innovation Studio is a BisB initiative, in partnership with Visa and Innovate for Bahrain. The program supports and empowers Bahraini fashion and jewelry designers to innovate, grow, and bring their ideas to life through specialized training, mentorship, and exposure opportunities.
Applications for the 2025 cycle are now closed.
The shortlisted designers have been selected and are currently taking part in workshops, mentorship sessions, and preparing for Pitch Day and the final showcase.

Naseema Bakht
A modest fashion brand combining art, culture, and modern design, offering contemporary silhouettes with thoughtful detailing.
Maryam Haji
A brand focused on inclusive sizing and comfortable, well-made pieces, offering modern styles suitable for daily wear and special moments.
Yara Engineer
A creative upcycling brand that transforms pre-loved garments into new artistic pieces, with concept-led drops shaped by stories and ideas.

Noora Mohamed
A Bahraini jewelry brand founded in 2021, creating pieces inspired by Bahrain’s cultural heritage and reimagined through modern craftsmanship.
Mariam Nooruddin
A jewelry brand inspired by Arab and Islamic heritage, featuring handmade pieces using Bahraini pearls and diamonds, built around the symbolic Waqf sign representing tranquility and cultural identity.
Sara Buhaimed
A contemporary jewelry brand blending elegance with bold modern expression, offering pieces known for contrast, thoughtful detail, and confident style.

Cohort & Program Journey
- 10 participants have been shortlisted (5 per category).
- They are receiving mentorship and training on business planning, design development, and presentation skills.
- Six finalists (3 per category) will move to the final stage and present at the showcase in Marassi Galleria, where the two winners will be announced.
