A First Among Local Banks…BisB Empowers Corporate and SME Clients with Seamless Multi-Currency Account Opening via BisB Digital

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of innovative Islamic financial solutions for simplifying money matters in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has introduced a new online service that enables existing corporate and SME customers to open multi-currency accounts directly through the BisB Digital platform.
The new service allows customers to open three types of accounts: Current, Savings, and Call with a fully automated, straight-through processing (STP) journey. Once enabled via a simple consent prompt upon login, users can open accounts with just a few clicks, selecting the desired product and currency without the need for assistance from their Relationship Manager.
The accounts offer flexible options across eight currencies, including Bahraini Dinar (BHD), U.S. Dollar (USD), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Emirati Dirham (AED), Swiss Franc (CHF), and Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). This flexibility empowers businesses to manage their finances across multiple currencies, tailored to their operational and treasury needs.
