BisB Wins Best Website Award 2011

Bahrain Islamic Bank Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim Mohamed said he was very pleased with the achievements made and awards won by the Bank's website on the local, regional and international levels. This is concrete evidence of the ability of this website to provide all the necessary information and services needs by the Bank's customers for all their banking business and inquiries, he added. 

BisBThe remarks were made following the recent win by BisB website (www.bisb.com) of the Best Website Award presented by the Internet Marketing Association (IMA).  IMA is an association concerned with the introduction of proper standards in online marketing and developing the best websites on the Internet. 

Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim Mohamed further said: "We are delighted with this new achievements that are added to the earlier achievements of the BIsB website. Our website offers and facilitates all the customers' transactions online."

He added: "The Bank's website has been able to provide an integrated and comprehensive vision of the Bank's Islamic banking services online. It has been able to provide our clients with all the information required concerning the services provided by the Bank. It has effectively contributed to reduction of the Bank's Call Centre by offering them all the information they need online.  The website is user friendly and provides convenience in all the banking services on offer. All these reasons contributed to its nomination for the award."
