14-December-2024
Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of innovative and simplified Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched a new update to its Corporate Digital Onboarding service, enabling individual’s establishment, and “Sijili” CR holders, to easily open an account through BisB Corporate digital Banking platform.
This update comes as an addition to the previous digital services provided by the bank to the corporate sector, which are active/active without license companies, active sole proprietorships and “Sijili” CR holders.
The launch comes in line with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s (MOIC) new directive that requires all commercial establishments in Bahrain to open unified commercial bank accounts by 13th December 2024. Available through BisB’s digital platform, the onboarding process allows businesses to complete registration in under five minutes. Under formation letter is automatically issued and directly shared with the MOIC to make the activation of commercial registrations as quick and seamless as possible. In addition to facilitating the onboarding process, BisB offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes free access to corporate online banking, complimentary ATM cards, and various other services that simplify their financial management.
