BisB introduces monthly learning week

As part of its Back to Basics initiative, BisB has introduced an internal monthly Learning Week for personnel, encompassing a full range of management Soft Skills.

The first two months of Learning Weeks have enjoyed full attendance of over 200 staff members.

The Management Skills, Management by objectives, communication Skills and Presentation skills have already been presented.

The monthly Learning Week is an integral part of BisB’s commitment to invest in its people and talent base.
