BisB Employees Successful in Darden - Leadership Development Program

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) achieves another milestone in congratulating its senior employees on successfully completing the Leadership Development Program (LDP) from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, US. The program was partnered with Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF) and Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS).
The Bank was represented in this program by: Mrs. Fatima Al Alawi - Assistant General Manager - Retail Banking, Mr. Wesam Baqer - Assistant General Manager - corporate banking, Mr. Faisal Al Abdulla - Senior Manager - Al Thuraya Services, Mr. Khalid Waheeb Al Nasser – Senior Manager – Financial Control.
With rapid transformations in the economy, changing technologies and facing constant challenges, every organization should continue to invest in its employees to broaden their perspectives and strive for continuous development. As a part of the bank’s latest strategy to invest and develop its human capital, four of its selected senior employees were provided with the opportunity attend the LDP program by Darden School of Business, which is ranked in the top five globally among business schools offering executive education. The two-week residential program aims to broaden the skill set for preparing future executives and provides a wealth of personal and professional benefits that impacts successfully on the growth and prosperity of the participant as well as the organization.
