Bahrain Islamic Bank ( BisB) Participates in RBR – Branch Transformation Conference in London

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) was invited recently to share their transformational journey through implementing their Back to Basics Strategy at Retail Banking Research (RBR) “Branch Transformation” Conference. Speakers from Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, Emirates NBD, Alrajhi Bank and many more shared their latest innovation and future plans in the two days conference that took place in London from the 28th – 29th of November.

Mr. Hassan Jarrar, BisB Chief Executive Officer commented “Our Ishraq Back to Basics transformation strategy permeates all parts of the Bank. During 2017, as the strategy has become more embedded in the Bank’s psyche, all segments of the bank have worked together to drive the business in a common direction”. Ms. Maisa J Shunnar, head of Business Planning & Transformation talked about the five pillars of the transformation strategy and the journey to implementation.
