Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) appoints Mohammed Ahmed Hassan Acting CEO

In a Press Release issued by the Bank yesterday Monday 1st September 2014 Mr. Abdul Razak Abdulla Hassan Al Qassim – Chairman of the Board of Directors announced that the Bank has appointed Mohammed Ahmed Hassan as Acting CEO in place of Mohammed Ebrahim Mohammed who has resigned from his job as CEO starting 1st September 2014.

Mr. Abdul Razak Abdulla Hassan Al Qassim then explained that Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Hassan is a veteran Banker with Banking and finance experience exceeding 40 years. He joined BisB in 2007 as GM Support after assuming various leading roles in NBB, Al Baraka Bank and Gulf Air.

In concluding his announcement Mr. Abdul Razak Al Qassim thanked Mohammed Ebrahim Mohammed for his efforts and the dedication he expressed during his tenure as CEO and wished Mohammed Ahmed Hassan every success in his new position stressing that the Board will support him in every way possible so that he will accomplish his job in the most appropriate manner.
