Service provider Process
Step 1
Account Activation
- After opening your Tejoori Premium, Premium lite & Saver account, expect a call from GIG Bahrain Takaful, within one working day to initiate the process of issuing the membership.
- Upon Opening your Tejoori Premium & Tejoori Premium Lite, you will be contacted from IFix for the home maintenance membership.
Step 2
You will be contacted by the vendors within 1 working day
- GIG Bahrain Takaful: Provide your personal details and the completed application along with two valid IDs.
- IFix: Share your customer details and the address of the villa where the service membership will be registered.
Step 3
Membership Issuance
- The process of issuing both the medical insurance and home maintenance memberships will be ready by the next working day after submitting the necessary documents.
