Overview
What is eBanking

eBanking is the brighter way to Bank.

Through eBanking you can check your account information, transfer funds and pay bills in a matter of seconds.

From Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Internet and Phone Banking, to Mobile Banking and more; you can now bank with convenience.

 

Steps to Apply
  • Complete the Internet and Phone Banking Application Form and submit it to the nearest branch, or visit your nearest branch to apply.
  • You will receive a call from the branch to collect your password.
  • The Personal Identification Number (PIN) mailer contains the password only; the Login ID is your Smart Card Number. (In the absence of a Smart Card, please call our Contact Center at 17 51 51 51)
Internet Banking

You can now register for Internet Banking by filling the application form at your nearest branch.

Phone Banking

With just a phone call to 17515151; customers can enter their ID number and Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) to make account inquiries and transact over the phone together with making utility payments, etc.

Mobile banking

BisB's Mobile banking site www.ebisb.com facilitates a convenient banking experience to customers through mobile devices.

The mobile interface will be visible for all customers accessing www.ebisb.com from any mobile device, and will offer the following functionalities:

  • Viewing account summaries
  • Transfers within own accounts
  • Transfers to other registered beneficiary accounts within BisB
  • Viewing transaction history
  • Card payments
  • Viewing card history
  • Bill payments
