Bahrain Islamic Bank (BIsB) organized a workshop titled "Decision Making & Problem Solving in Islamic Banks" for its Retail banking staff at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The workshop was conducted by renowned UK trainer and consultant from Team Working, Mr. Tom Flatau.
The main aim of the workshop was to provide the staff with an insight to focus on the big picture to uncover problems & identify profitable opportunities, reduce errors & rework productively, engage and energize everyone by working together creatively.
