| Steps to Apply |
- Complete the Internet and Phone Banking form at any Bisb Branch
- You will recieve a call from the branch to collect your password
- The Personal Identification Number (PIN) mailer contains the password only; the Login ID is your Smart Card Number (in the absence of a Smart Card, please call our Contact Center at 17 51 51 51)

| Internet Banking |
You can now register for Internet Banking by filling the request form in your nearest branch. For more information please call 17 515151. |

| Phone Banking |
With just a phone call to 17515151 existing customers can enter their ID number and Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) and are able to make account inquiries and transact over the phone together with making utility payments, etc. |
